Outcomes
Pelvic Pain Patients

This program was designed for a medication that was for a six-month treatment period. The brand team recognized that they needed to increase their initial fill rate as well as address the reduction in compliance that they experienced around the fourth month of treatment. ScriptAssist was able to design a program that successfully:
- Increased the initial fill rate from 78% to 93% for new starts.
- Increased the overall length of treatment from only 45% of patients completing their six-month treatment to 75% of patients enrolled in the ScriptAssist program completing the six-month treatment program.
Osteoporosis Patients Who Started Treatment

This program was designed for a medication that was for a twelve-month treatment period. The brand team recognized that the first fill was not their issue. Rather, their patient nonadherence began in the second month of treatment and was further evident after the fifth month of treatment. ScriptAssist was able to design a program that successfully leveled off the rate of patient nonadherence. Of patients that were not enrolled in the ScriptAssist program, only 28% of patients continued to take their medication after twelve months of treatment. This is compared to 76% of patients who were enrolled in the ScriptAssist program.
